Welcome to Contesting Monday! I figured what could make facing Mondays a little more fun than entering some great drawings. So here is the deal. I will start you guys off with a couple of giveaways and then you put yours, or your finds, into Mr. Linky. If you are hosting a giveaway or have a post about someone's giveaway just leave a link. Freebies with Reading

Now it is summer time and the bookstores often have Summer Reading programs. This summer is no different.

Barnes and Noble have posted the details of their program along with the tear page the kids need to fill out. They need to read 8 books to get a free one off the list. It is for grades 1-6 and there doesn't seem to be a limit. The program runs until Sept 2nd.

Apparently Borders also has a program but you need to go into their stores to find the details.

Print Candy Samples

Like Candy? If not you better look elsewhere;). Print Candies is giving out free samples. All you need to do is fill out a form and they mail you free candy! (Someone on a forum a read did call and verify that they are indeed a real company;).

Carrow's Freebies!

Carrow's Restaurants has some interesting freebies. The first one is a free dessert for signing up for their "E-Club". Just fill out the form and they email you a coupon. There seems to be a promise for more things in the future but I can't promise. The other freebie is a birthday meal for your kids. For this one you have to go into the restaurant and get a form. Now they will say in the restaurant that you can register online but they are wrong! Then during your child's birthday month they send a post card for a free meal. A key is that there is no expiration or use conditions. I started this with my oldest at birth (ie to young to eat their). Recently we took some of the back logged coupons in. We also took in a Buy 1 Get 1 for my husband and I. We put our meals on 1 bill and all the kids on another and we got out of there for the price of 1 meal and 2 drinks for all of us!
